RESPONSIBILITIES

FACILITATOR

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, serving as a bridge between various teams (design, development, functional) and the business.
  • Validate requirements sign-offs with project stakeholders, ensuring the to-be process and requirements meet business needs accurately.

STRATEGIC ANALYST

  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, and impact analysis to inform decision-making processes.
  • Leverage your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bring about effective IT solutions.

PROJECT EXPERT

  • Work hand-in-hand with IT Project Managers within Sales Applications Projects, driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects. Meticulously manage testing defects, prioritizing and resolving them in time.
  • For small projects, you are able to act as Project Manager and Business Analyst at the same time.

LEARNING CATALYST

  • Assist in the development of training materials and provide end-user training to ensure successful adoption of the IT solutions youve helped implement.

  • Keep pace with industry trends and best practices, constantly looking for ways to enhance the effectiveness of our IT solutions.

INDUSTRY ORIENTED

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. 3-5 years experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on Requirements Engineering in the FMCG industry. Fluent in English. Proven experience in IT Project Management. Proficiency in requirements management tools and project management software. Certification in Requirements Engineering (IREB CPRE) and/or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable. Knowledge of FMCG industry processes (particularly sales processes) and systems is an advantage. Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse teams. Independent self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
